Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting our website and shopping at Pepe Faitau Book Company. The following are our Shipping Policy terms and conditions.

Orders placed from Sunday to Friday will be shipped the following Saturday.

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. (If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.)

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, as we do not control the package after we mail it. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

When you purchase any item, you will receive a confirmation number for your order. 
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.

Pre-Order items will ship upon arrival of item to us. While we make every attempt to inform you of the arrival of pre-orders, sometimes shipments take longer than expected. We will keep you as informed as possible.

(DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid)
International Orders (outside of the US): The receiver will have to pay indicated amount for taxes and duties. Additionally, a courier- specific handling fee may apply. We only ship wholesale orders outside of the US. Individual orders only ship within the US.
