Shipping Procedures:

Shipment days are exclusively on Saturdays. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following/next Saturday.

Order confirmation email will be sent immediately upon checkout.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the shipping confirmation email to be sent from the date of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Domestic standard orders within the continental US take 3-5 days. Hawaii and Alaska take 3-11 days.

Standard shipping for international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. 

We do not ship on Holidays.

We do our best to ensure all deliveries reach their final destination safely however, this can sometimes be out of our control. We hold no liability for lost/damaged/delayed packages.

Please note if a package is returned to us due to an unknown or unrecognizable address, the additional delivery fee will be up to the customer. 

International orders may arrive duty unpaid, and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged during transport, in that case we will replace it. Return shipping is up to the customer, and replacement will be sent once the original item is received.

Wholesale Orders:

Please be aware that wholesale orders are eligible for a 50% refund only, and only in these cases: an unexpected or unplanned closing of shop or gross misinformation (25% of content or more) printed on the books. Slight language nuances due to dialect, style of writing and region are not included in calculation.

Please note that damaged books or products are not eligible for a refund. Rather, a claim with the USPS will be filed and managed that way for replacements.
