Updates to our "Pay What You Can" Model

Updates to our "Pay What You Can" Model

In our ongoing commitment to accessibility and fairness, we are making an update to how we price our books. These adjustments reflect our dedication to ensuring that everyone who values Samoan literature can have access to it, while also addressing some challenges we've recently encountered.

Going forward, we will continue offering our "pay what you can" model with three pricing options for each book. However, due to some instances of the policy being misused, we will now release a limited number of books at the lowest price point each month. Specifically, there will be 5 books available at the lowest price and 5 at the mid-price point. Once these are sold, the remaining books will be available at the regular price. This change helps us maintain the sustainability of our mission while still offering affordable options to those who truly need them. We are confident that this approach will help us achieve that goal in a more sustainable and equitable way.

We deeply appreciate the support you've shown us on this journey. Your trust and belief in our mission have enabled us to take this step, originally, and we look forward to continuing this journey together, ensuring that more readers have access to our books.

Fa'afetai for being a part of our community.
